Professionals ages 25-35 originally from Boston with 3+ years of work experience and high leadership potential

Executives

Executives from various industries with 10+ years experience managing people and/or major projects

Why is this important?

The number of native Bostonians (especially from the least developed neighborhoods) in leadership positions is dangerously low. Our least developed communities will be missing very important advocates without leaders from these neighborhoods in the corporate and nonprofit sectors.
