Purpose Fellowship Interview Session

Our interview session is an interactive experience for 18-24 year old artists and entrepreneurs interested in our purpose fellowship program. They work together through exercises simulating launching a business and solving a business problem to learn about our mission. You can help us by observing and evaluating their presentations. Mentoring Mixers help high potential, low access native Bostonian young professionals think about how to prepare themselves for leadership positions by pairing them in one-on-one sessions with seasoned executives. The number of native Bostonians (especially from the least developed neighborhoods) in leadership positions is dangerously low. Our least developed communities will be missing very important advocates without leaders from the neighborhoods in the corporate and nonprofit sectors.

Mentoring Mixer
Mentoring Mixer is a career development event where young professionals review their career strategy with an executive 10+ years experience in their field.
Attendees pre-register by sending their resume for review by the coaches. At the event, registrants can take turns in 10 minute one-on-one resume reviews and career strategy assessments.
Artists’ Celebration
Artists’ Celebration is a showcase of Boston’s diverse artistic community featuring fashion, comedy, visual artists, and chefs. We also honor Boston artists in these four areas with the Pursuit of Purpose Awards.
